Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant. We have secured a special rate of $169 single occupancy plus taxes per night for participants staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to INFLUENCE AT WORK. All cancellations and registration changes are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Registration cancellations:
Cancellations received 90 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.
Cancellations received 60 days before the event are subject to a $500 processing charge.
Cancellations received 30 days before the event are subject to a $700 processing charge.
Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.
Registration changes:
Changes received 90 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.
Changes received 60 days before the event are subject to a $400 processing charge.
Changes received 30 days before the event are subject to a $600 processing charge.

Is there free ground transportation?The Hilton does provide a shuttle to and from the airport for those who have confirmed Hilton accommodations. Please contact INFLUENCE AT WORK for details on how to secure airport shuttle service.
Can my special dietary needs be accommodated? Yes, be sure to let us know on your registration.
What is the proper attire? The Phoenix area is very casual and warm. We request that you come in comfortable clothes that will allow you to focus on the materials.
Are meals included? We provide light breakfast items each morning and lunch on both days as well as beverage service throughout the days.
Who will be facilitating this workshop? Our POP Workshops will always be taught by a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer who has been trained and endorsed by Dr. Robert Cialdini. Please Click Here to view details and bio information on your facilitator for this event.

Can I bring my laptop? Yes, but please do not use it during the training.
How far is the hotel from Sky Harbor International Airport? 15-20 minutes.
Can I bring a tape recorder or other recording device? No, the POP Workshop and all materials are copyrighted.
