Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant.  We have secured a special rate of $184 single occupancy plus taxes per night for participants staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa.  The block of rooms is under Principles of Persuasion on a first-come, first served basis before Monday, February 16, 2009.  Please call 800-544-5866 M-F 8am-5pm PST to reserve your room.

Cancellation:

Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to Influence At Work. All cancellations and registration changes are subject to a $100 processing fee.

Registration cancellations:

• Cancellations received 90 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.
• Cancellations received 60 days before the event are subject to a $500 processing charge.
• Cancellations received 30 days before the event are subject to a $700 processing charge.
• Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.

Registration changes:

• Changes received 90 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.
• Changes received 60 days before the event are subject to a $400 processing charge.
• Changes received 30 days before the event are subject to a $600 processing charge.

Substitutions may be permitted, contact IAW for details.
